In 2018 Mike had a vision and it was to create a student let company that was unlike those already established. He wanted not only to offer an exceptional level of service to the landlords but also to the tenants. Four very successful years later Mike decided to spread his wings further. He planned to launch an independent Estate Agents that combined an impeccable level of marketing with a service standard that was superior to others. Mike believes that having an individual you can trust to sell your home is the most important part of Estate Agency and this is an attribute that he aspires to find in every team member.

Chrissy eats, sleeps, and breathes estate agency and is driven to provide her clients with outstanding service. With 11 years of experience in the industry and a passion for property advertisement, Chrissy oversees all the initial client sales meetings, property staging, and marketing. From viewings, to accepting an offer Chrissy will be there to help and advise. Chrissy will then be by your side for the entire sales process ensuring we move forward to completion with no hiccups.

Security DepositCapped at 5 weeks rent for annual rental under £50,000, or 6 weeks rent for annual rental over £50,000
